Easy Homemade Teeth Whitening Paste

Many people, each and every day, look for a relatively easy and inexpensive way to undergo teeth whitening. Most encounter a yellowish coloring on their teeth from smoking and coffee drinking, two habits that are very difficult to break.

And many of those who seek to have their teeth whitened are shocked and appalled at the bill they receive from dentists, and dismayed at the inadequate performance of many over the counter teeth whiteners. So it is no surprise that a homemade teeth whitening solution be highly desired.

Fortunately, you do not have to settle for garbage products or enormous dental bills. Making your own teeth whitening solution is far easier than you might imagine. You are only going to need a few small supplies, and a an even smaller amount of time before you will be able to toss out all those store bought products!

So let's just dive right in.

Here are the only ingredients you will need.  Most of which, if not all, should already be in most households:

• 1 to 2 drops of mouth wash (mint flavored)
• a single tablespoon of baking soda
  
• approximately 3 to 5 drops of hydrogen peroxide (3%)
  

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients into a paste
2. Apply paste, liberally to toothbrush and brush away!

That's right, that is all you have to do!  Now you have a winning teeth whitening solution in your hands.

Now you have a homemade teeth whitening formula that you can make at will, or even in large batches for use over an extended period of time.
