Homemade Teeth Whitening Formula
Here are the only ingredients you will need. Most of which, if not all, should already be in most households:
- 1 to 2 drops of mouth wash (mint flavored)
- a single tablespoon of baking soda
- approximately 3 to 5 drops of hydrogen peroxide (3%)
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients into a paste
- Apply paste, liberally to toothbrush and brush away!
That's right, that is all you have to do! Now you have a winning teeth whitening solution in your hands.

Now you have a homemade teeth whitening formula that you can make at will, or even in large batches for use over an extended period of time.

it can sometimes affect fillings. though not entirely conclusive, there are reports that hydrogen peroxide can even multiply cancer cells. a good rule of thumb, if you have any hesitation or reservations, then skip it :)
Hydrogen peroxide damages cells of all sorts so seems likely it would cause cancer cells. However, it is recommended as an oral debriding agent and will, in fact, help maintain healthy gums. It is one of the main ingredients in most expensive tooth whitening products but it pretty darn cheap on its own. It is not recommended internally.
Sorry - seems UNLIKELY that it would be a cause of cancer cells.

Not sure about getting people to use hydrogen peroxide.What effect will it have on filings etc..
